This modern building, designed in a zigzag, corresponds to the definition of a horizontal hospital, essentially flat. The aim is to avoid high buildings, and to leave the option of possible expansions that may be required in the future. The hospital has four interconnected buildings with 8 floors, of which 4 are below ground level.

The population growth of recent years in the area east of São Paulo has increased the demand for medical services. This modern hospital with approximately 38,000 m² is equipped with 233 beds, a heliport, and an emergency room of more than 600 m². It has 13 floors, with two basements, a ground level and ten floors, with an area of 1,800 m², built based on sustainability criteria and using the highest engineering standards. The building consists of three blocks in a polygonal shape and different heights.

The new Medical Center II is the key for the restructuration and modernization of the University Clinic in Düsseldorf. The useful surface area of the five-story building is of about 20,000 m², the gross surface area is 46,700 m², and the gross volume is 200,000 m³. The heart of the building is the surgery center with eight operating rooms, which brings together those that, up until recently, had been distributed throughout various buildings.

The new Woodstock General Hospital, with three stories and modern facilities, substitutes the city´s old hospital, and also provides new regional programs and services to Woodstock and Oxford County.
